Terms and Conditions

When purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

As a certified NPIP breeder, once a bird or eggs leave our farm there are no returns. This a bio- security protocol put in place to ensure the safety and health of our farm.  If there is an issue with your purchase we will do our best to work with you.

LIVE BIRDS

We reserve the right to refund, replace or give credit for future purchases for any loss we deem valid. Value is limited to cost of birds only. Once a bird leaves our farm we have no control over how that bird is kept. It is your responsibility to know how to properly care for your birds.

We do not sex our younger poults, and offer no guarantee on what sex you will receive.

We do not sell birds less than a week old. This allows us the ability to ensure they get a good start and are eating and drinking properly before going to their new home.

HATCHING EGGS

We do our best to provide fertile eggs, however Mother nature has her own agenda. We do not warrant hatching eggs or hatch rates.
