When purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions.
As a certified NPIP breeder, once a bird or eggs leave our farm there are no returns. This a bio- security protocol put in place to ensure the safety and health of our farm. If there is an issue with your purchase we will do our best to work with you.
LIVE BIRDS
We reserve the right to refund, replace or give credit for future purchases for any loss we deem valid. Value is limited to cost of birds only. Once a bird leaves our farm we have no control over how that bird is kept. It is your responsibility to know how to properly care for your turkeys.
We do not sex our birds, and offer no guarantee on what sex you will receive.
HATCHING EGGS
We do our best to provide fertile eggs, however Mother nature has her own agenda. We do not warrant hatching eggs.
